1. Coaching Subscriptions
Due to the highly personalized nature of our 1-on-1 coaching, diet plans, and workout routines, we generally do not offer full refunds once a service or digital asset has been fully delivered to your dashboard.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription package at any time to prevent future billing. Once canceled, you will retain access to your assigned plans and coaching materials until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
3. Digital Video Courses
If a digital course is purchased independently of a live coaching package, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review based on the percentage of video content consumed.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If a severe medical issue prevents you from completing your fitness journey suddenly, please contact your coach directly. We can pause your billing or offer pro-rated credits on a case-by-case basis.
